IMPORTANT!!! Be sure that you read our 2021 – 2022 Handbook before you complete your enrollment so that you can sign the form saying you read the handbook.

1. - Be sure that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your device  (https://get.adobe.com/reader/)
2. - Be sure that you download the correct school package and then open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader so that you can fill out the form from your device.
3. - You can then print the forms and sign the documents and bring them by the school during enrollment hours.

Also on the day of enrollment we will have the computer lab open so that you can come to the school and use the school computers to sit down and enroll your student on site.
