The mission of Turner Schools is to develop high standards of scholastic attainment,
moral excellence, and responsible citizenship within our students.

Teach each student to develop a knowledge and appreciation for his or her rights and responsibilities as a citizen of the community and country in which he or she lives.
Utilize the district resources to provide a safe and comfortable learning environment that will enable our students to prepare themselves to meet the challenge of the future and enjoy their learning experience today.
Recognizes the differences in individual needs, abilities, and interests, and keep those differences in mind as we provide opportunities to enable each child to experience his or her full potential.
Nurture within each student a character that accepts responsibility, respects the rights of others, adheres to high moral values, and seeks an honorable standard of conduct.
Encourage all students to acquire the knowledge and skills that will allow them to be successful, productive member of society and explore the academic and career path to their future.
Revere each student as an important member of our society who deserves our interest, energy, and attention, and in whom the future of our community and nation rests.
